Hibiscus Jelly

Cranberry-tart and stop-you-in-your-tracks red. We cook this one for the Sunset Herb Festival in the spring, so it comes around once a year and then it is gone.

Tasting notes

Tart and floral, close to cranberry.

Ingredients

Hibiscus, sugar, pectin, cinnamon, lemon juice.

Stir into hot tea or a cocktail. Good on cream cheese.
